I just hope we can bring these threads up come December when ramseys had a fair crack and we should really all be able to take a rough gauge of how we are doing.
These bottom half of the championship comments are ridiculous...
I bet when this thread is brought up in December and we are in the bottom half, you will be too busy to reply
It's a shame as this board seems very split - we can't all put some money in where the ones wrong contribute to a charity or something.
I'm so confident we will be top 12 at the very worst.
I don't think the Board is that split. I think we can all agree that it has been a bit of a sh!t show since TF took over. It's just that some of us are looking forward whilst others are determined to wallow in the past.
'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.
Let's see this thread again in Jan. We'll know where we are by then, and how well suited these players we've got, are for the championship.
And how well Les/CR have done.

There will be a few though Dave, that even if we are top, will think we should be further in front.

And equally Brighton there will be a few who if we are near the bottom, will be saying that everything is fine and that on the pitch stuff doesnt matter this season

Of we are in the bottom half i will be going off my head, but we wont be, i support qpr and know their strengths and qualities, nothing to do with happy clapping.

Nor do i Kev but its more of a reflection that in a large group of people there will be varying opinions

And on the other side of the coin mate, i know our weaknesses, hence i had told myself we were down when we lost so convincingly as early as burnley away last season.

So basically we should just listen to you mate.
Also Im sure the ultimate pessimists had us down before the season even started. I wasnt too optimistic while Redknapp was in charge and by the time Ramsey stepped in we were long gone IMO.

All about a balanced view and perspective. I'm far from averse to criticising whoever I feel deserves it. Just don't see us doing much wrong at the moment, although it's still early days.
What I can't understand, is the insistence of some to jump on to absolutely everthing with a negative tone just for the sake of it.
Perhaps they are blissfully unaware of how such behaviour comes across to others.

I agree that a balanced view is best mate but surely most people believe their view is balanced irrespective how it comes across to others?

Im no expert but i dont judge us with blue and white blinkers, and im right more than im wrong about us (getting to and winning the play offs the last time we were in the champs, i could pull up the polls i made as proof but im not that petty), and this season we will do well and be play offs at the least imho, and will hold my hands up if im wrong.
