Glad to hear it Mr White, me too.
I wasn't referring to you by the way. I am always glad to see your posts as I can learn some new words! 'Detente and panegyrics' - love it!

Don't be so harsh, man. If you had an imbecile son who only learned to read at the age of 20, wouldn't you still congratulate him because you do love him deep inside and want to encourage him to learn even more?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

They've stuck with us through thick and thin these last few years, been open, honest and thick skinned! - To me they've shown they love QPR and are determined to get things right and run the club in the right way.

They admitted mistakes were made and that we needed to go back to basics.. Tony realised, being the main man in terms of everything wasnt maybe the best position for him and made the decision of taking a backseat from now on and bring Football, QPR people into the club like Sir Les.

The club has already drastically changed in the space of 6 months IMO! I love everything the club is doing at the moment.. From the under 21's being in the same country as the first team for their pre-season to not budging on the fees we want for Charlie and Matty (the attitude of the 2 players, has been immense in itself through all the speculation). The fact we have gone out and scouted the likes of Blackwood in the under 21's, Polter from Germany, Gladwin, Luongo, the young Monaco lad signed for under 21's and not to mention getting J Mack back!, makes me proud of my club again.

The promotion of Steve Gallen to 1st team coach and Paul Hall to under 21's coach are movements which should be commended by everyone who supports the club. It shows that you can be whatever you want to be now at QPR, from employee to player.

I know its still early but everything seems to be moving in the right direction now and in the right way.. Results are not the be all and all this season, its about building and getting the foundations in place to go back to being a fantastic club - And enjoying the football again as fans!

We all had our reservations when Les was instilled, as to whether it was another 'PR spin' or if it was finally a general step in a new direction.
To me Les is already starting to prove that he is turning the club around and long may it continue! I love my QPR again!! :-)

Couldn't agree more mate. Excited for the future. You R's!

It's possible to be Rs through and through and still think the powers that be have been a catastrophe, an object lesson in how to not to run a football club.

And its possible to think that and still wish them well and hope for the best.

You are always such a happy, positive person. Do you suffer at all from erectile dysfunction?

Cute. So logically you wouldn't mind if someone referred to Fernandes believers as persons suffering from brain disfunction?

Oh god, I've let myself down. Should have looked at it statistically but I was afraid people would get annoyed about it again.

You were probably only joking. But I have had pre-match drinks with Kirill, half-time drinks with Kirill, post-match drinks with Kirill and on more than one occasion, shared his love of pizza too.

Fantastic opening post by the way. Probably my favourite one since the season ended. Reason being, I think it would be fair to say you were firmly in the anti and negative camps not too long ago, although you were not as obsessively hostile as some of the depressives amongst us. Great to see the acknowledgement that things have indeed changed, are being done better and that it gives you and the rest of us a new hope that things will be alright for us moving forward.

Sure there's a long way to go, no doubt with our fair share of hiccups and disappointments along the way, but at least they will occur with us going about things in the correct manner, which after the exploits of certain people who we can happily forget about now, is a massive improvement.

I hope your optimism pays off for you and you really enjoy watching us this season.

I think i've said on here before mate, i'll be negative or disappointed when i need to be and feel like there are genuine reasons to be.. As it stands now, there is nothing to be negative about IMO. Everyone now seems to be on the same page at the club, pulling in the same direction and working hard - From the CEO to the academy managers.

                                Exciting times ahead
