  • Sousa knew how to beat us..

he knew our strikers were not our biggest threat and so flooded our midfield nullifying our strongest likelyhood of a goal.

    Fair comment?

I said he'd come back to haunt us the day he joined Swansea.

Saying that how many have they scored this year, I feel we were just tired and Jim had no idea about Swansea. It was going to be tough as soon as we lost our 1st man.

True - but surely every Manager knows this about us (including JM!)

It doesn't matter how many we score, how many we concede. Points won the only thing that counts.

And Sousa's Swansea has managed to get as many as we have with a weaker squad, and with many of their better players missing or injured for much of that time.

About time that certain people stopped digging at the bloke and accepted that he wasn't given anywhere near enough time as a rookie manager to impose himself and his style of play on our squad.

In fairness Sousa has an extra game to get the same amount of points with an inferior goal difference, but I take your point

Swansea weren't in the game until the sending off they were rubbish which makes the result harder to take if we had kept eleven on the pitch we would of won.

He isn't a terrible manager the guy played in the champions league as a player so he knows a bit! Is he a great manager? No he isn't. But lets not pretend that Swansea won this game for any reason other than the fact we had two player sent off!

Swansea were never going to win until rowlands got himself sent off believe me it was not the ref's fault rowlands is to blame.
