Totally wrong in my opinion with that , we are clearly making statements that we are building for the future, and buying young player to try to develop. We don't want to go down the high priced quality player road again, thats been said on more than one occasion, we will need some experience to help the young ones, but i for one welcome this change in thinking.

Totally agree.
And it wasn't long ago I heard him on talksport saying QPR have lost their way by signing big names at the end of their careers and it isn't working. Instead we need to rebuild..... Slight contradiction now.
Anyone else not really like Rodney Marsh's opinions?? Sometimes a little too much (& this is coming for me)
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
The reason we can't attract a decent caliber of player is simply because we have decided to employ a youth team coach as manager.
It's all well and good signing a #### load of unknowns but you still need experience in there, in fact same goes for Ramsey who, based on last seasons results is way out of his depth.

Just as well we're not in the depths of the Premier League this season then.
What have you seen that gives you hope his going to improve in what is arguably a tougher division to get out of?
Eh? Tougher to get out of than the Premier League? That doesn't make much sense but if you mean have I seen anything under CR to make me hopeful for next season then yeh..... WBA 1-4 Qpr, Sunderland 0-2 Qpr, Qpr 2-1 Newcastle, along with a host of decent signings and a bunch of overpaid wasters out the door.

Agree totally Ramsey way out of his depth as manager/Coach of 1st team, Don't think Rods far from the truth?
We're buying players now to cut the wage bill, and who he thinks he will be able to look after, not because they're any good ! average champs player at best, he is never going to attract anyone descent, and for those that think mackie's descent REALLY
Sadly I have no faith in Ramsey or Ferdinand?
