Before his injury in the prem, he was the top rated midfielder, fully fit, a prem player!
    Kept the faith!

Agree Brighton. So refreshing to hear a player genuinely talk about the club in high esteem. I reckon he has taken a massive paycut as his family are settled in London and he is settled with us. Interesting to see his reaction to mackie's return shows how much of an influence he has behind the scenes

A fit Faurlin will dominate most championship midfields, play him or him and Henry behind a 3 of Phillips Luonogo Gladwin/Jet would be stunning

A great pro with a great attitude, who just wants to play football yet has been so unlucky with injuries..... I really really hope he has a good spell without incident and re-establishes himself in the side. As others have said, a fit Faurlin would rip this leagues midfields apart.

                    Not sure I agree
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Bit 50/50 on this one myself.

I love Faurlin and a fit Faurlin would be awesome in this league but I can't help but think that it's all gonna end in tears very early on!

Maybe a crock, we'll see, but to have outed him long ago after showing the love and loyalty he has shown= nonsense
Disappointed in you to be fair, you post mostly sense, you got the decorators in??

Well worth the risk, and I hope he stays fit. Mainly just for Ale himself, he deserves some luck.

                              Oh Vespa !!

                              Three things to say :

Firstly, am really pleased with and proud of the club for doing the right thing with regard to a player who loves the R's and has been nothing short of a terrific example of how a footballer should be.

Secondly, I am sure you would expect some form of loyalty from your employer if you were off sick for a long time but might recover, rather than them looking to get rid of you.

And finally, if Redknapp's knees can recover so quickly, then surely Ale's have got a chance.

Will be good in this league but have to admit I'll probably have to look away when he goes in for his first challenge!
