The point is, good lower league players have been around for years and we have been to up our own butts to look at them.
Hart, Clyne, Jagielka, Small, Baines, Sterling, Delph, Adams, Lallana, Austin, Ings.
The list can go on, all of the above played in the first or non league and we could have picked up most of those at some stage for a combined total of under £5m in the last few years.
