Les and Gerry have QPR close to the heart. Les does have something to prove - he is new to this role - not only will he want to be successful to prove himself - but add in his QPR relationship and that will further ignite his passion to succeed.
Gerry wouldn't go anywhere just for a payday - just can't see that at all.

Whilst for some of the appointments / transfers in the past your points are valid, obviously (now), I really don't think they have a shred of validity in this case.

Since the end of the season, Les (and the club) seem to be taking big strides in the right direction. The evidence is right there in front of you. No delusion involved.

Can you explain what les is doing wrong? Is it the fact we released all the over paid has beens? Or don't you like that we have invested in 3 under 25's all with potential and want to play for the shirt? How about the code of conduct he's installed that all the players have to sign up to? I think we should not feed this particular troll. Whilst there is no question we are all entitled to opinions and not everyone agrees with the current staff at Rangers, this nonsense is simply trolling for the sake of it - no reasons, no foundation to the opinion and, of course no logic for the Raider to follow suit ....................other than just to stir the pot.
