Can you explain what les is doing wrong? Is it the fact we released all the over paid has beens? Or don't you like that we have invested in 3 under 25's all with potential and want to play for the shirt? How about the code of conduct he's installed that all the players have to sign up to? How about he's laying foundations for the future so we don't make the same mistakes? Or is it that he's said we won't sell Charlie for anything less than 15 mill?

I've got a lot of time for Gerry but I can't help but think his time has been and gone. The guy is turning 64 this year and other than a couple of short stints at Stoke and Palace as coach, he hasn't really worked in the game for over a decade!
