Probably because his clothes can now fit in more than one person.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

Glad he's off the payroll, but I want to remember him for the promotion season under Warnock, he was immense. Something happened to his confidence which he hasn't managed to pull back.

Great player, massive club. Be interesting to see if he takes advantage of this fantastic opportunity
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Anyone know why we terminated his contract rather than just sold him on a free? Kind of insinuates that we would have had to pay him off, at least partly, for the last year.

No one would pay any money for him. No one. He's that much damaged goods. We saved £3M in the wages he would have go for the one year left on his contract. Benfica have probably given him a low wage (by football standards......) in return for a five year contract.

He's at a big club now, he'll turn it on for them and i hope we've realised that and put in place some clauses.

                      What a waste.
His own fault though I feel.

                          Clause in what?
His contract has been terminated so nothing to do with us now.

                            I don't think you've thought that through.

Oh right thought we sold him, didn't read the story properly...even though the title says he's been released. F me..

Best news for both parties. Thank you Adel for the 2010/11 season, I have never seem a player perform like that in my lifetime as a qpr fan but thats about it. The remaining time you p*ssed us and yourself about. Shame things turned out like that. Bye
