I always stressed in the past that players of certain pedigree when at their peak, will decline to play for us. We saw it from the so-called 'stars' we sign under Hughes. I assume Adel plan was to put himself in the window through the R's and then leave to a bigger club. When that did not materialize, he lost interest in us. The last two years he was still a QPR player because the club wanted a fee. I think the fact he was released without us asking for a fee just goes to show that at last we are working hard to decrease our huge wage bill. And that must be good for the long term future of the club.

Fat boy leaving Rangers will be fantastic when it happens . Not only will it significantly reduce the wage bill but it will improve the atmosphere around the club . We must all have a colleague who doesn't pull their weight . Now imagine one who has a poor attitude , doesn't help out yet earns 4 times what you do . In any walk of life that breeds resentment no matter how proffesional you are . It's human nature . I absolutely believe the whole Place will Benefit from not having this ponce around . It's a massive massive plus

Good luck to him. Personally, I'll always remember him for that one fantastic season. And I have a strong suspicion that in years to come he will look back on that season as the pinnacle of his career.
Oozing talent but with a personality disorder that will prevent him from ever making the most of it.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.
