Respect to Joey Barton talking about Austin

Caught the tail end of his interview on TS but basically said if I heard right that teams will be after Charlie but if the right move is not there for him then he should stay with us and keep knocking the goals in instead of sitting on bench elsewhere in the prem

Got impression a move is not nailed on from what he was saying suggesting could still make England squad in championship if he is scoring plus said Charlie has lots of respect for both club and fans and would not want to see either mugged off

          Joey should be Charlie's agent

Maybe still haven't given up on being offered a new deal with us. He knows at his age and with all his history, there will not be many suitors after him!

You are welcome to play in Norway, Joey Barton. My favourite club in Norway need reinforcements in midfield. They are currently rock bottom...

So would I. Hopefully Austin will score for England in these 2 games making it difficult to overlook him if playing Championship football. If he can be persuaded to at least stay until January QPR will have half a chance next season.
Austin has proven his ability and is young enough to get another chance in the top flight either with or without QPR. This is what I think Sir Les and Ramsey should be saying to him.

                    Barton slagging off QPR already

“I’ve been on record before – I joined QPR from the outset on reasons that I swore I wouldn’t do again,”

“I just want a real football project and to enjoy my football again. With the manner of the relegation – it was disappointing not go down fighting – I just wanted to get away from it and re-valuate things.”

Just wanted to get away from it????

2 weeks ago the plank was spouting off about being 100% commited to getting us back up and wanted a new contract!

                    Total W@nk@.

He's not slagging off QPR whatsoever.

Did you actually listen to the interview?

In fact he is praising the club and Austin.

To put your quote in the correct context he said he "wants to get away from it all" because the club never offered him a new contract, so he's no longer a QPR player and now a free agent, so he is justifiably looking for a new challenge.

This. I can't believe how anyone can say Joey's slagging off the club in that interview. Some people have such crazy hatred for him. And when you think of the useless s hit players we've had to put with? It being the season we've had.

Listen to it and learn. Fella knows more about football than most. Can you imagine Adel giving such an interview....
