A fair few - Van Nistelrooy, Berbatov, Ronaldo, Drogba, Torres....all did well outside the PL, cost £10m+ and werent bad when they got here...

Players like Rhodes will make the step up to the Prem, natural goalscorer just like Austin and Lambert. Think Deeney and Wilson will do the business next season too. Nowadays if you can score 15+ every season in the champs and lower leagues you'll continue that form into the Prem imo. Think Blackburn realise this hence the massive price tag.
