TBH I'll do it, Yugo is being unreasonable in expecting any manager to be able to motivate some of these players who see themselves as bigger than the club. The fact that he listed a negative as bringing on furlong in the 85th minute is actually hilarious. Are you just looking for any reason to get annoyed at someone who can only work with what is available to him? Yugo seems to dislike seeing someone who is nice because that means they surely can't be successful as a leader if they are nice to players and treat them with respect. I mean, its not like his niceness has worked wonders on some of our confidence players such as Leroy, Bobby or Matty. If you don't want a rebuild Yugo, what should we do now?

No im not looking for excuses! You tell me what the point was of bringing on Furlong in the 85 min? The poor kid came on and with his first touch set up their 5th. Can you really tell me that that will do his confidence a world of good? Will it give him experience?
If he wanted to give the kids a run out / make a difference he should have made the changes earlier at 2-0 and then if we get beat 5-1 i wouldn't say a word.

What should we do now? Pray that im wrong!

No, ive stopped asking questions in regards to Ramsey's team selection a few games back when we had 4 central defenders and 3 central defensive midfielders in a game we need to win. I thought it normal for him to play a player out of position.

I did answer... You can't judge him on 14 games with someone else's squad and issues behind the scenes...

Let him get the players in.. Get a pre season with them under his belt and judge in January. You are throwing the baby out with the bath water if you honestly feel you can judge before then.

Bet you hated Phillips and wanted him out in December.. Exactly the same issue.. Give it time and try, please try and understand this is a complete rebuild.

You can judge any one by any amount of time it could be argued that it is un reasonable to do this over 14 games but that is about a third of season and he has made some strange decisons such as the west ham game was baffling and swp at city was pointless and ignorant. The team in my book is like blaming your tools when you work bad workman etc we had a expensive squad of supposed professional players and they were dire not only that our results got worse and some may say the attitude did not improve. Other managers who came in saved their club Pardue etc so the critical people are justified I hope I am wrong but we could be in for a rough ride. For one I dont know where he is goingto pull 7 players from the lower lleagues that are good enough to create a team in the long run thay will get us promoted he should keep us up mid table for a long while is probably the best we will get imo but I hope I am wrong ?

We talk about other managers coming in and saving clubs but I would argue none were in the state we was or had the unbalanced squad we did.

With injuries and players refusing to play and the likes of adel, traore, hoilett all on a free ride with no passion or commitment what was we suppose to do. We had a chance to rectify the obvious problems in jan and the club made a major error in not doing so and we're screwed the minute that window shut.

I think you'll find that that claim wasn't mine nor backed by me. Can't you tell the difference between posters fella? I can understand your argument for time but i wish you could understand mine for not wanting to wasting it with him.

As for Philips, no i never hated him. I was more than well aware that he was being played out of position and that this attributed to his lack of confidence. In fact thats the one thing that i will give Ramsey credit for, he definitely got him playing again. Only problem is that he failed with 24 others.

Well it's not going to suddenly change because people are throwing toys out the pram. He's the manager and there is no point in pre judging. I was mainly reacting to the claim about the overwhelming majority (not yours I know) but you certainly picked up the guantlet and helped champion the get rid of CR camp.

I am just fed up with people damning a manager that had to work with largely crap players bought by a dinosaur that jumped ship as soon as he saw he had ripped a hole in the club.

Just give the club as a whole a chance to rebuild and dont judge the person left to pick up the pieces until he gets a chance to make repairs.
