Can someone please just list the positive attributes that they think Ramsey possesses? My initial gut feeling (in February) was that his appointment is a big mistake and so far nothing I've seen has convinced me otherwise. On the way back from Leicester i was left fuming with everything QPR with the only positive being the other fans around me who had bothered to make the trip.

List his negatives, without blaming selection which is down to the poor state of squad?
The positives to me are -
Wants to build for the future
Wants to bring in players who are hungry and not over 30
Will have a good knowledge of players we should be looking at from time at Spurs
Has something to prove
I'm not saying he will succeed but I'm not stupid enough to blame Ramsey for the mess we are in. I stick up for him and think he might be good as he's saying all the right things and as of yet there's no way him or Ferdinand could implement any of it due to the time they took over.
I want to see them given a chance to actually implement their ideas and build a new QPR. The impression I get from a lot of our fans who are moaning is your actually a little bit spoilt nowadays and you actually don't like the idea of a rebuild. You want another quick fix.

Ok, Negatives;
1)No experience at senior level
2)Doesn't seem to be able to motivate players, examples Man City, West Ham, Everton, Leicester, Liverpool. (there are more but those are off the top of my head)
3)lack of match tactics or ablity to change a game, example west ham game.
4) Misuse of youth players, example no need to bring on Furlong yesterday in the 85 minute.
5)Poor team selection, i know that you said not to use that but sorry its a factor for me. Example, Newcastle at home, we had the players available to win the game comfortably but a poor starting line up ment that we were pure cack in the 1st half. He did then change it but i believe if it had not been for all the booing he'd have carried on.
6)Is not a leader /Too nice I'll let you pick. Example Newcastle game required Les Ferdinand to give the hairdryer treatment as stated by Trevor Sinclair on Twitter.
7) the fact that I've bloody got to number 7!
Also yes you're right, im very reluctant to rebuild for the umpteenth time. It's very clear, to me anyway, that under this board the task is simply not possible and this will be another band aid on an axe wound!
I'm sick of it and very confused how many others aren't. C
Can you please elaborate on how I've been spoilt? Certainly doesn't feel like with the prices we pay for our season tickets.Last edited by yugohoop; 25-05-2015, 06:51 PM.

I think this board is split on CR
NOT the overwhelming majority... Sadly the anti CR brigade don't seem to understand the concept of a rebuild and are vociferous about their inability to wait and not judge on a dinosaurs squad. I'm sure they would like us to run out and thrown money on the likes of Rhodes. Fulham did the same with mccormack and it certainly didn't work out for them.
The club is badly balanced (a reflection of our fans) and no one has actually given this new approach any time at all.
A wholesale change of the club cannot be completed in 14 matches at the end if a disastrous season unable to release or sign players. No time to change the youth system or influence the back room with the same leeches still at the club.
I do worry that the noisy knockers will out shout the reasonable fan who understands the changes in direction of the club.
God help the future of the club if these numpties want to run before we can walk!

Maybe of Ramsey had been given the job in December and was given a bit of money to bring I. A few players I would understand. Harry left the day after the window shut because he knew we was done. Ramsey had the unforgiving task to inherit a poor unbalanced team which would of done well to get out the championship this year.
I can't sit here and guarantee Ramsey will be a success as much as this stupid post which dictates he will be a failure but how some of you aren't able to grasp the situation he was given or even understand some of the dodgy lineups is just crazy.
We didn't have the players with the right attitude or talent so Ramsey picked a 11 each week that at least played with desire or something to prove ie hill or furlong. The likes of hoilett, traore, adel and Vargas were essentially given the boot because they are disgrace. I'd rather have Henry on the left then hoilett any day of the week. At least Henry grafts and offers some sort of defensive duties. Hoilett just round with the ball to know where.
Ramsey has made it clear we need a clear out and need to invest in younger up and coming talent from the championship and league 1. It's what we all been crying out for. Judge the bloke on a team he and Les build in the summer not the bunch of tw*ts they inherited.
Both of them are talking a lot of sense so let's give them a chance to apply it before coating them off.
I am astounded at the short sighted negativity of some people. Perhaps they would rather TF throws more millions at the problem, as if by chance it's money that creates success.
Give me a manager who has been in the game for years but with little recognition for his achievements, over one that has had countless years of achieving ###### all and more praise than he ever deserved any day of the week.

What number rebuild are we on now?
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.Last edited by yugohoop; 25-05-2015, 07:06 PM.

Oh and for poster that don't understand or grasp my point it's not that shouldn't have backing it's too late to oppose that he's been appointed now , I just don't think he should have got the job never mind a 3 year contract
Credibility eliminated with that opener there"What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane
