I'm not talking about this board , and what mates for Christ sake do you mean people that share my view ? I for one do not disagree about rebuilding and trying to set foundations ,I'm talking about not being in agreement with this inept MUPPET getting a 3 year deal making me worry about the direction people are taking MY club , so tell that to YOUR MATES on this board

I will see where we are after 15 games in the champ. By then he would of had a total of 30 games under his belt in total. It will also leave 30 games and a transfer windows for the next guy to save our season.

You know that for a fact? Have you conducted a full survey of the fanbase?

            That's internet messageboards for you

Therefore I would say most fans would give him until xmas at a bare minimum before judging him too harshly.
I think this post is pretty much spot on.

No accounting for idiots sadly. Hopefully the board's commitment to a long-term plan is enough to not buckle to the social media whingers demanding things.

Unlike a lot of poster I do go out , and most of the people I talk to are of the same opinion they are Family and people that sit around me in the loft in the Pubs around the bush and else where they are easily the majority of people I Meet that's what gives me this opinion as I don't come across many that believe Ramsey is the right man for the job

Oh and for poster that don't understand or grasp my point it's not that shouldn't have backing it's too late to oppose that he's been appointed now , I just don't think he should have got the job never mind a 3 year contract

This is a pretty embarrassing post for me.

Your family and a few blokes down the pub constitutes the "majority of our support"? Ffs

I can only cast an opinion on what I hear and believe , ok for the sake of nit pickers THE VAST MAJORITY OF WHAT I COME ACROSS which is quite a few people not a couple of mates down the pub
But lets do a bit of research on you ,are you confident Ramsey is the right man , not should he have full backing are you confident he's the right man and happy with him getting a 3 year deal ?

Im not sure on Ramsey yet, like I have stated elsewhere he has made some strange tactical decisions and I wouldve fired him on the spot for giving SWP 5 mins at man city. But this is HRs team and I dont see CR getting any less out the players than he did, in fact in a few cases he has more got more out (fer, phillips).

As for 3 year contract? Thats standard for a new appointment imo, temp or short term contract just doesnt constitute a "long term plan". Give the guz a chance to get his own players in and get his own ideas across. Then throw the book at him if its still ####.

How anyone is judging Ramsey on the squad he inherited is beyond me. It's almost like everyone's forgot what a #### up Harry and tf made throughout the season and before that.
Maybe of Ramsey had been given the job in December and was given a bit of money to bring I. A few players I would understand. Harry left the day after the window shut because he knew we was done. Ramsey had the unforgiving task to inherit a poor unbalanced team which would of done well to get out the championship this year.
I can't sit here and guarantee Ramsey will be a success as much as this stupid post which dictates he will be a failure but how some of you aren't able to grasp the situation he was given or even understand some of the dodgy lineups is just crazy.

We didn't have the players with the right attitude or talent so Ramsey picked a 11 each week that at least played with desire or something to prove ie hill or furlong. The likes of hoilett, traore, adel and Vargas were essentially given the boot because they are disgrace. I'd rather have Henry on the left then hoilett any day of the week. At least Henry grafts and offers some sort of defensive duties. Hoilett just round with the ball to know where.

Ramsey has made it clear we need a clear out and need to invest in younger up and coming talent from the championship and league 1. It's what we all been crying out for. Judge the bloke on a team he and Les build in the summer not the bunch of tw*ts they inherited.

Both of them are talking a lot of sense so let's give them a chance to apply it before coating them off.

As Iv'e already said he's got to be given our backing he's been appointed but far from most on here and certainly most I come across as being their choice
