I think we've just been so disappointed with Hughes and HR that we now think a no-body manager is good news.

All wings and roundabouts.. Not every experienced manager is like Hughes or HR.

An interviewing process should of been conducted.

Many good points, but I think for me he can be tactically inept. The most recent example was playing with three CB's at the back against Man City and others playing a role that they cant. A collective not known for their speed and the rot was only restricted by playing with a back four that should have been there from the start. I'm not sure him blooding young players is about giving youth a chance, but more of not putting up with the so called bad eggs anymore or those that could not be picked. He most certainly has a mountain to climb next season but whatever squad starts many will be new to him and he and they start with a clean slate. So let the clear out carry on and secure the new players as soon as possible.
