      maybe..but not many on here would . the premier league is such a miserable league for smaller clubs. i think that yes playing in the top league should always be the top aim but want to be better equipped to stay there. and at this point that club and the squad are way off that.

        Yep, ability wise, him & Ned would be a fantastic CB pairing in the Championship. However, Caulker does not want to play Championship football. He has an over inflated view on his own ability & will do anything he can to get a move to a PL club this summer (trust me).

        I, however, can't see which PL club will buy him? Maybe somebody like Watford I suppose, but any established PL side surely won't spend £6m or whatever he will cost (as I doubt we will want to take a hit when he has at least 2 more years on his contract with us) when he has had 2 pretty poor seasons in the PL, both resulting in relegation.
