Publicly proclaiming one's intention to not renew is a very risky business, IMO.

I can still fondly recall a certain person's absence during our wonderful Championship winning season, based upon Warnock as manager and the likes of Derry and Hill being brought in.

Actually, we try to read every post regardless of what section it is in. But rather than act in a knee jerk fashion, we carry out discussions amongst ourselves to see what is the best course of action. Our team is made up up different nationalities & backgrounds, & we pull on all our individual experience before deciding on a course of action.

Most people will see one or two posts by a certain member & act accordingly. We try to look as the background & previous history before acting. Sometimes the whole admin team will not all be in agreement, therefore we conduct a vote. We try our best to make sure every decision that is made is in the interest of everyone.

If I was to follow the rules to the letter & not investigate, I would of banned Facto & Merry already today. But as we know there is a back story here, we want to insure we have all the facts (no pun intended).

I knew it wasn't a legit threat based on the fact we read all your posts; but as I stated in my post above (I was composing it at the time of you posting yours), if I didn't have any background on you & wanted to follow the rules to the letter, I would of banned you.

I was in one corner with my Irish background claiming I wasn't offended, where as others were playing devils advocate & trying to see the comment from your perspective.

As stated, we take all matters very seriously, & seeing no immediate action, does not mean we are not in deep discussion & about to make a decision. Myu always said prior to joining his team, its thankless, the pay is bad & the only benefits are death

I think as men we all have our flaws in one way or another.... Mine is to probably speak before I think as Ramsey's appointment has royaly pee,d me off...however some welcome that appointment and I respect their choice....I'm sure my self and merry will no doubt share a pint and in a gentlemanly fashion discuss our views and shake hands after as we are all QPR after all...
I did bite at merrys 'down the road' remark with an unsavoury comment and with Irish roots myself was somewhat stupid to do so and apologise to that poster and this forum....it has been an emotional time for us all and we are all hurting over relegation again in different ways.....perhaps its time for a sumner break!
