Les Ferdinand quote -
Director of Football, Les Ferdinand, added: “From the board, to the players, to the staff, Chris has impressed everyone here in his short time in charge.
“His coaching methods and techniques are second to none and with an opportunity to work with new players going forward, he is the ideal candidate for the role in terms of our new philosophy of nurturing young talent and promoting from within.
“Rebuilding the club is our first target. If we can make an immediate return to the Premier League, then great, but we have to focus on re-establishing the traditions of QPR. That will take time, but in Chris we have a man who is relishing this chance.

We have people in place who are talking sense for once now. Les has a massive affiliation with the club and is a football man. He also wants to succeed.
Ramsey got phillips firing and played Fer in his right position. We lacked all year down the left with a massively unbalanced squad. What did you expect from him.
If we can keep the likes of Matty, Fer, bleed a couple of our youth in and few new signings of Ramses and Les choices who have already said they will be scouring the championship and lower leagues for now on then to me this is the club exactly delivering what most of us has wanted for a long time. Yet now the club are doing it and finally building foundations and employed a person who wants to buy up and coming players rather than has been sand mercenaries our fans are now moaning. Typical.

Stop judging the bloke on the poor staid he inherited that wasn't fit for the prem. this club will move forwards under Ramsey and Les just be patient.
This.
Look forward to seeing them put their ideas into action.
It's going to be tough, and we need to not lose our nerve when it doesn't result in us romping the league next year. It's going to be very hard work to start with I'm sure.
