Its more to do with the approach of the whole club, not just about the manager.

We need to start again, we're going to be forced to make a lot of changes to the squad, and it's going to need to be orientated around younger players.

I think it's worth giving Ramsey, Les et al chance to build their team, and sort out a long-term strategy.

Or we could get rid of a manager and get a new one. Again.

Ramsey will be a disaster for QPR! We were dire first half, dire at Man City etc etc etc. How many wins since he got the job? He's already set a new qpr record for home defeats! That was quicker than even Hughes or Redcrap for "records we rather would not hold"! And i'm sick of that woolly hat! I give up on TF if he appoints him!

Let him do it with his own team.

Our squad next year will be very different full of more youth all and vibrant players who these two would of chosen. I thinks that's the time to judge. People keep banging on about team selections but it's not exactly like we have loads of quality players to choose from. Ramsey bumped hoilett, traore very early on after giving them a chance as they clearly are useless...

Squad needs a overhaul and think people forget Ramsey must have a very good idea of up and coming talent from managing the Spurs youth squads. Could be two key to us nicking some talent.
I agree with your sentiment that with the new philosophy of younger players CR would be a good candidate with his youth football background but IMO based on that theory Warburton is the better candidate. He has proven he can assemble a young, decent squad on a tight budget with his history at brentford as sporting director (in charge of recruitment, contracts etc) and then progressing onto manager plus his background with the next gen tournament (which he helped setup and is one of the biggest u19 tournaments in europe) he will have a good idea of young players around europe. I just worry that CR isnt being judged by the board completely on ability and his familiar relationship with Les is leading the club to not consider other candidates. I think the club should at least put the job out there and interview various options including CR and then make a decision

He left Vargas sat on the bench for six whole games, then begrudgingly brought him on, took him about 5 minutes to score, and 10 minutes to score when started next game. Also decided Furlong was our best right back, which cost us 2 goals against Arsenal, and another 2 against Palace. Totally clueless, get rid of the P***k now.

Warburton had the luxury of a ready built team he inherited from Rosler and a stable club, we have neither. I like Warburton but where has he rebuilt a toxic club thats a mess from the top to the tea lady?

Vargas the player who refused to come off the bench and has now come out that he's been bloody hard work to manage? The furlong thing didn't work I agree but to write him off because of that is laughable.

I agree that he hasnt rebuilt a toxic club but he was sporting director at brentford when rosler was manager and was in charge of recruitment, contracts etc while rosler coached so I would say he played a major part in brentford's successes

As I said earlier Apart from a wonder strike from Leroy there was not a lot to get excited about.

The first half we were hopelessly poor same for the whole season we looked outpaced and had complete useless communication. There was some solo efforts from obviously people that are trying to get seen to leave next year.

The second although a great goal from Matt Phillips the build up was too predictable as soon as Austin crossed the ball it was going in.. Newcastle seemed deflated probably with the reassurance Hull were loosing. Apart from that I think a draw should've happened. The passion to keep A win I felt personally was disrespectful as why couldn't they done that all season?

A comedy of errors at the end of the game with our defence summed up our season.... Newcastle could've been five or six up in 10 minutes.

I really hope Chris Ramsey does not stay the championship is a different level altogether you need an experienced manager to fully sort this club out. I would very much like a fresh start with a new manager. Some people say keep with Chris Ramsey but how can we when players have admitted that the training sessions were better therefore that points to a coach.

But that is only a plus! Most players want a manager who is on the training ground aswell.

Ramsey sould bet old now! no thanks, and go and get who they want now! so the guy has a chance tio get in who he wants before the start of the season and an embargo put on us , also a hefty fine maybe not as big as some say but in the region of around £15-20 M coming as Rs have agreed to abide by independant arbitration findings
