Ive been going scince the exact same year, what qpr do you want back? We have been proper sh ite sine 1970 apart from about five good seasons, what is it you want back? 1977 top of the league and the ultimate heartbreak or the cup final embarrassment to oxford, or the even more heartbreak against spurs????

For me being a QPR fan isn't about winning leagues and fitting in with the cool kids . It's about passion , commitment , giving the big boys a slap every now and then but mostly above all else it's about being one , being connected to the club something of which I can honestly say I haven't felt since warlocks promotion season . We've become divided as a fan base and I feel further away from the club now than I ever have before . I'm not old enough to have seen the really great rangers sides but I have seen a club so united to a man that it felt like nothing else mattered and I want that back . I want players who would die for the shirt , I want us as fans to shake loftus road to its very core like we used to . I honestly don't want promotion next year I just want to feel close to the club I love so dearly again . I don't think that's actually to much to ask .

That all sounds lovely, but I think what you are looking for is a very rare thing in football these days, and it's gonna leave you very disappointed.

Greg1882 hit it squarely. Burnley for one is playing the game that way, which makes their relegation just another stop in a noble journey to overcome the odds, versus a train wreck of shameless play, selfish behavior, and sagging spirit. Tony has to stop all the candy-coated crap, tell fans now that this will never happen again, and pledge to assemble (from scratch if necessary) the nucleus of a club with a togetherness that inspires play on the field, fans in the stands, and adoration across the world. Also suggest TF hold, telecat a townhall style meeting with a group of fans to show he's not turned a deaf ear to all of us who've suffered the embarrassment, shame and heartache of a club lacking attitude & commitment.

Disgusted with people voting for us to be relegated just cos they hate the chairman, that ain't sport in my eyes. We will be joint favorites and rightly so, but some so called fans say we will we go down another division. We are a huge club in the championship now and that will never ever be anywhere near happening.

Couldn't agree more though I'm still a Ramsey fan. I think of we actually have learnt our lessons and get rid of the dead wood but keep some key players and add sensibly we could have a cracking season. I could see us being very similar to Norwich next year.

as thing stand right now, we will have about 5 players under contract after the leicester game. the loans will fark off back to italy, austin, fer, philips, ned, caulker, philips will be gone, an abundance of players will have their contracts run out.

its a massive rebuilding job we have in the summer, and when we are struggling in the championship, expect the old chesnut "time to gel" too get an airing week after week. and also " we only had 5 players for preseason".

              Im fully expecting this shyte......

Warburton given the managers job and full reign on transfers. With Les as DOF I worry Warburton wont take the job as its similar reasons he left Brentford (lack of autonomy on transfers)

Not Ramsey in charge, Bond,Hitchcock, and coaching staff gone they've failed too so get rid of, Les to start doing something positive for the club other than bleating on about how few black managers there are! and earn what ever he is taking out of the club,
                  would like to keep
Barton,McCarthy,Yun,Onouha, and all the youngsters (Hill & Dunne as cover only and give them a job on the coaching side) there are other would love to stay but sadly will be gone
                  Austin,Fer, Vargass,Isla,M.Phillips,Sandro
and would deffo like to see the back of
                  SWP,Tarrabt,Caulker,Henry,Zamora,Hoillett,Krankjca r,

Stay in the Championship but more importantly Establish the Academy, bring young players and give reasonable Championship wages.

First thing we need to do is stay up

Longer term we need a clear philosophy on how the club is to be run from the top to the bottom and also what sort of club we want to be.

Most of all will need patience from everyone

I want us to be up in the top 8 whilst building a squad that can storm the Championship the season after next and sit comfortable in the PL like Stoke or Everton for years after that.

Plus at least one decent cup run....even 2 wins would do me!

                              Agree with this mate!...

Cant understand how people can be so optimistic about next season. Is it simply because 'we are qpr'? Or do they know something the rest of us dont?... maybe start with who the manager will be or who'll be in our starting 11.. . At this exact moment in time why the fock will we be anywhere near the top of the table???
                              SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

WBA were a yoyo side a few seasons back and are now firmishly established in the Prem, so no reason we can't become an established Prem side again in next few seasons.
