Have to say it was a cracking day out in Manchester yesterday
Arrived by traqin at 11am and found a great old fashioned pub called the Waldorf near Piccadilly where the locals were really friendly and even invited us to join them on their coach straight to the ground which only took about ten minutes
Very quiet in the Rangers end though and very easy to get something to eat or drink as no queues whatsover and some real gallows humour floating about us not having a prayer which was confirmed 4 minutes in to the game!
Back to the Waldorf afterwards and a nice kip on the rattler getting back to Euston at the decent time of 6.30pm
