Even with the few that will inevitably leave, our squad is more than capable of being towards the top end of the table next season. Few additions and decent coaching from Ramsay or whoever is in charge and I really think we'll be right up there

hill and dunne must go at the end of the season sentiment doesn't win games. barton keep him if he takes a massive pay cut , can't see any PL team coming in for him . i'd like to see some youngsters tried out as well . make ned and caulker the CB pairing. s

I don't want too many loan signings, 1-3 tops (season long, i hate 1 month loans). Hopefully someone has done some scouting and we find some real gems from League 1 & 2 and perhaps even from Scotland and Europe.

Hill as player/coach and dunne on a rolling 1 year deal is a very good option for the club

One or the other for me as having both just prevents us bringing in a younger player for the team as their blocking spaces

Don't want Hill or Dunne anywhere near the team. We have to go up (whenever) with non-OAP CB's who know each others game inside out.

Dunne may be old and have limitations, but he is still our best defender! He and Onuoha would form a very decent central defence for the Championship. We need to stop playing Ned out of position. And Clint will be a good squad player for next season.

Edit: Get Simpson back and play Yun on the left and I think our first team defence for next season is sorted.

The thing with keeping dunne is we shouldn't look at him a first team player. To have him around the squad would be beneficial and if he plays the odd ga,e here and there then that's good business.mhe shouldn't be looked on as first team player but a good squad player.

(1) Joey Barton -- enough talent to fare well at the Championship level, and is one of the few on the team that gives 100% to win every game
(2) Matty Phillips -- he finally started to develop into a solid player, and at second level could become one of the better players in the league
(3) Alex McCarthy -- a ready replacement for Green when the latter moves to another club
(4) Darnell Furlong -- has all the right technical and leadership skills to be a real factor in our future
(5) Richard Dunne/Clint Hill -- good enough at Champ level, keep one to lend maturity and attitude to a newly revamped defense

3) McCarthy needs to play, so keep him… also cannot afford Green's 50k per week
4) Furlong (Where the hell did you get that assumption from?? The guy looks out of his depths… keep, but loan to lower leagues)
5) Dunne keep, Hill been saying for years his time is up, but what the hell… Keep, good in the changing room.

Will need 10+ signings again this summer… and thats as long as we don't get a transfer embargo!

I'd keep Hill, Henry and McCarthy for 1st team. I'd keep the youngsters like Furlong but for the future and not expect 46 games out of them next term. I'd happily see the rest go on the basis they are either useless, inconsistent, injury-prone, over-paid or all of the above. Think that means we need 20 new players or maybe less if we retain/re-sign a few on cheaper contracts.

Need to start again. that means getting a new plan and new players not persisting with the ones who got us relegated.

Hill and Dunne whilst they gave everything they could are not upto the job. They need to move on to next chapter, be it coaching(hill) or playing elsewhere(dunne).

Barton is somebody we dont need at the club.
