Ramsey for me. We must re-build and appoint a younger Manager that will grow up with his own young players. It make take time, however, if we look on some of the managers being mentioned here, they also started without any experience and build their own reputation. If we go to established managers, they will want instant success to keep their CV high, however, will not be building for the future, as HR have just proved. We must be patient or else, even us the supporters will be blamed that we have learned nothing from this recent disaster.
