No..... 37 points is the point at which we are relegated (if we win tomorrow!). If Sunderland win it gives them 36 points. Goal difference would be the only thing that could keep us up if 36 points was the line and we won our remaining games.
They're also at home to West Ham on last day of the season. If they still need a point then (we might scrape a point against them next week), they'll get it easily enough.
What We need is to win tomorrow, hope newcastle lose all matches, hope hull lose or draw, leicester lose and lose next week. No catching Villa and Sunderland now, the focus should be newcastle, leicester and Hull. I would honestly prefer though if one of those 3 had to be safe for the last day that it would be leicester. Go and really hit them with all we have, could end the season with 36 and relegate Newcastle and Hull.
BTW, how unsatisfying is it that the teams that tend to play for the point always stay up, look at Sunderland in particular as the kings of the draw.
