Zarate - option to buy?

That's one of my friend who supports Juventus told me about Zarate. He was trouble maker when he played for Lazio.

All 3 a playmakers, flashy, and can unleash a goal at any moment.
All 3 cant be coached because there ego's are bigger than the team.
When Zarate came in at the late stages of one game this season (Sunderland I believe) he ignored passing on about 3 separate occasions and shot into defenders when we were in kill the clock mode. He just seemed like he was out to prove a point rather than hold the ball up or pass to wide open players.
And then theres the Zarate vs Big Sam.

I just want average, boring players that are good enough to let us finish mid table every year (in the PL).
