Replace the current random and unreliable bunch of stewards wit a group of loyal QPR fans, would it work? How many of you would be actually prepared to join the scheme? I reckon the club needs about 60 stewards?

I don't think there is anything wrong with hiring a company to do it. In fact, I think that approach is better. But somebody at the club needs to take responsibility for giving the stewards direction for how to behave and informing the company when there are certain stewards that are not acceptable to us.
The question doesn't really apply in my case but no, I wouldn't do it.'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Good idea, but I wouldn't do it myself. I go to football to enjoy myself, have a laugh with pals, see the Rangers, have a few beers.Top Scorers 2018/2019

there are a lot of QPR fans who are unable to go because of cost. This could be the answer for many of themI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

We used to have locals, regulars who did the stewarding week after week. They knew your face and used common sense. Trouble with being one is you miss the game or at best a big chunk of it - my father did it and gave up for that reason. Rent a random mob is not the answer though, I have actually been told, in a sort of English that I just about understood, that I could not stand in the seats.........40 mins before kick off, chatting to neighbours.

You cannot let Rangers fans police the Ground .. A mate of mine who many will know who's name rhymes with chuggers used to steward at Rangers. After a Liverpool winner in the school end he helped an unwitting scouser from the top tier to bottom ( must have caused proper injury )... In late 80's
