Would the board back us in the transfer market and get someone with a bit off class for every position that we struggle to cope with, or bring in some youth and blend them in,

I'm sure the board have finally learned from their mistakes.
Just like they did last summer, because they said so and bought Rio.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Board has already said no matter what, they will be looking at players from the lower leagues who's contracts are either expiring soon or have expired."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

If Ramsey does stay it'll be interesting to see how he handles the transfer window and what kind of player he brings in... can see a few of our own youth players getting a chance in the 1st team as a few have all ready played under him and there's always youngsters on the bench.SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!
