What we should do is continue to only hold the players accountable (see mercenary season) or the coaches accountable (see mercenary season + Redknapp/Ramsey season) but not speak ill of the chairman, for he is the almighty.
Or one can give criticism where its due, and praise where its due. He's a great guy, but clearly he is somewhat clueless with the football scene or F1 scene (Catherham).

If I recall, he stated that he had no intention of selling the team in May...and then did sell them in July. His rhetoric concerning QPR over recent months has been uncannily similar.
I think you're right, if he did sell us then he'd do he's best to find someone else.

This is what Tony said before the 2014 F1 season started. He said then: “If we’re at the back [in 2014] I don’t think I will carry on. This is it, the final chance. I need to feel like we’re going somewhere.”

Speculation that Tony Fernandes, the QPR owner, is about to sell his Caterham F1 team gathered momentum in the buildup to the Monaco Grand Prix

            I couldn't agree more.

Tony uses twitter and half the people on here are close to topping themselves!
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I don't think I have seen too many supportive OP's regarding a Tony tweet, always seems to be those who bang on about how bad a chairman he is that are the first to post.

Yes, his supporters seem strangely subdued nowadays.
Maybe he should offer some freebies on Twitter again.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

                        • kirill, you should not be in an authoritative position on the main qpr MB with your negative vibe IMHO.

MYU , surely you must see this?

anyone anti board/qpr cannot me a mod or admin IMHO

                          getting very tedious now

My point is that it is not a clear argument as to whether the fan base is completely for or against TF's activities. And the fact that the original point made intimated that half the fans on here are against what TF does and the other half are for what he does in such a black and white or binary way is incorrect as there are so many grey areas or variables affecting these events

                            • People on here that want TF out should be in the loony bin we get a chairman that cares for the club and they want to get rid of him we are lucky to have a chairman like that a lot of fans of other clubs around the country would love him at their club, we have some right idiots on here.

Agreed Macca. For probably the first time ever, we've got a chairman who's willing to invest a lot of money, HIS MONEY, into improving the infrastructure of the club. He's trying to build a new stadium, a new academy/training ground, and invest in the squad. Sure, he's encountered a few hurdles, such as the Warren Farm protestors and Car Giant, along with failed managers, but his vision and efforts have been admirable.

There's a small but very loud group on here not willing to buy into his vision for the club. Fair enough, but it seems like that 15 year period from the 96 relegation never happened. They seem to conveniently forget those very dark days. It's not a period I ever want to revisit, but it's possible if this vocal minority succeed in driving out this current board, which will eventually happen if Tony steps down and begins to lose interest.
