Who Feels Vindicated That New Manager Came In?
Seems refreshing and think majority are enjoying watching the club play now. No disrespect to Sousa, but it was boring compared to what we are watching now and even though magilton was not my first choice and its still early doors, he is proving very good at his job. Credit must also go to Gorman, who the players love to have around and he gives them the desired lift when needed.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Yea it was a difficult decision because whilst it was obvious Sousa wasn't doing well we had already gone through a lot of managers.
Magilton whilst not anyone's first choice has done well, seemingly being the manager who has been given the most control since the takeover I'm sure has helped. I think he is a decent enough manager certainly good enough to get a team promoted in this league where league knowledge is very important. It wouldl also seem he did a pretty ****** good job at Ipswich getting them to finish where they did clearly they aren't a great side as Keane is finding out!

Jim Magilton
Now I have never once called for Jim to be sacked and I have been quite vocal on here that he needed to be given time. That said I am honest enough to admit that I did not feel he was the right man for the job and was unimpressed when he was announced as manager.
I have to say that I am really starting to feel like I have been proven wrong!
He's got us playing good football and most importantly winning games. More than that I have to say I am always impressed when I hear him speak and get the impression that he is really getting the best out the majority of the players in our squad.
Will done Jim.....long may it continue!
