Charlie is worth 10,
Green for 2 is great business seeing as we have McCarthy already at QPRUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Good coin for Green. Good keeper but think McCarthy needs a go in the team.
As for Charlie, doubt if we would get £10m if we go down. It's alright everyone saying keep him and let him go on a free but will he want to stay with us if relegated? I'm not sure he will. He has no loyalties to us. I wouldn't hold it against him if he wants to go.C'Mon You Supaaaa!!

Silly offers like that are not even worth thinking about.
Austin is not on big wages and would be worth holding on to as his goals will make a promotion challenge a realistic option.

My prediction is £11 mill but I wouldn't be surprised if it is announced as undisclosed to restrict any backlash.

Saw in the paper today that Barcelona want a "big man" to play up front; seems they're fed up with all that ticky-tacky midget stuff with a false No.9..... We only need a couple of clubs to be interested for the fee to start nudging up and it'd be pretty cool if Barca started showing an interest in Charlie.
