    THIS!

Usual cr@p from all the players spouted midweek before the usual pathetic performance where & when it matters come Saturday afternoon. Yawn.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I expect the players to care because they are very highly paid professionals, however it seems that many don't really care anyway as they will still receive their pay regardless. Also, if relegated many will be sold off to another club like Caulker, Mutch & Fer were sold to QPR last summer.

As for Barton, talk is cheap. Perhaps if he had performed better this season, QPR would not be in such as mess. When the Captain is sloppy on the pitch how can he expect more from his team mates?

It is true that Barton may add a bit of physicality to the team and maybe help to increase the fighting spirit within the team. However, I feel that's its too late now. We have a mountain to climb and the showing against Crystal Palace just shows how doomed our players are. Which is quite strange! Watching Burnley beat Man City, I just hated our players. Now there is a team fighting like their lives depended on that result. We never....never watched the R's playing that kind of staff. And they are not going to start now.
Joey Barton, the great Messiah of football, is returning to save our season. What a load of pish.

Blind faith is different from facts as you well know.

I'll leave you to ponder this.

          29 games played

Five defeats on the spin at home.

          One win away

          Five wins at home

          Atrocious.

            Spot on.

Plsyers care? Give over. They only care about how many 0's are on the end of their pay every week.

Don't make random suggestions about my use of stats just because it suits your arguments. I go to a game, come back, have a think about what I saw, look at the stats and try and see where we went wrong, what we can improve on and where we are going right. Just because I'm not fervently ranting and raving about each and every thing we did wrong, doesn't mean I don't notice and analyse it.
Nasser, you might go home and do that, but do the players do that? From what I and many have seen this season, they clearly don't. the defence still gives soft goals away the midfeilders still give the ball away or don't close down quickly or put enough pressure on the ball, lack creativity nor have they scored enough goals.
The wingers rarely beat their man or put in a decent cross (apart from Phillips in a few games when selected to play in his best position). And apart from Austin, the forwards have been nothing short of pathetic in their goalscoring efforts.

It was too late to avoid a season fighting relegation when Booby Zamora scored at Wembley!

If you go to all the home games as you say, at what point do you hear the fans chanting that they have given up or people stopping cheering the players on?

It isn't about at the match, the players are more aware of everything thanks to the internet. All the anger directed on twitter and the posts saying we have given up and all that will be noticed by players.

I don’t think any of the current crop have the motivation or gumption to google QPR websites and see what the fans are saying which is a sad state of affairs

But that is an assumption of it. The fact is, relative to the past, players are more socially aware and will notice stuff on twitter a lot more.

If that was the case they would have jacked it in after Hull in August !!

Paper reports and articles from those in the game are all they really listen to. Same for any professional really - you listen to your peers not some pr*ck on twitter.
