The same idiots who bought him for 4mil and will likely make a 10mil+ profit on him in 2 years?

One year left on his deal, is obviously stalling to see what division we are in next year. Personally dont think we will get much more than £10 mill due to his contract situ and relegation (if we are relegated). Why did we only give him a 3 year deal when he signed?

To realise we gave 4 year contracts to the likes of SWP and Barton on 80k a week, this Austin situation will make you wonder if our owners ever take good decisions. They were both nearing the 30 year mark.

We'll get £12-15 mill for him I reckon.

Ok, you get good money for Austin, however how many 'goals' we'll loose without him?

Too many. The bloke got us up last season.

Those of you thinking he might stay if we go down are deluded or lovestruck. One of the two but it's that simple.

I think we will get 15 Mill if we get relegated and he decides to leave which I think is highly likely. Whilst he only has 1 year on his contract if we kept him and forced him to stay he would make a significant difference to our promotion challenge. We need to put a strong message out there that we want to keep him next year to get back to the Premiership and the only way we will let him go is if someone puts some silly money on the table.

Will be lucky to get 10 mill for him if we go down, if we stay up I think he will walk on a free at the end of next season. All that Charlie loves QPR nonsense... All about the dollar, if he leaves on a free he can get mega money.

"Palermo striker Paulo Dybala, who has scored 12 goals in 25 games for the Sicilian club this season, has been valued at £28.5m by the club's president. The 21-year-old has been linked with Barcelona, Juventus, and Manchester United."

If this is a reasonable comparison we should get at least 15m for Charlie.

If he's signs a contract before the summer then i reckon we will get a decent fee. I reckon about 16 million.

I would offer him a new contract with a clause or promise that if relegated, he will be loaned out like Remy was with him returning in the event of QPR winning promotion at the 1st attempt or sold if not promoted (but not for a ridiculous low fee, but a proper market rate. If he was to repeat or better his rate this season his value would be £25m

Still think the option of a starting place for a top Prem side like SOuthampton will entice Charlie more and i dont blame him.

Starting bid should be £30m! TF's reputation would be all but zero if he sold him for any less!

30mil for a player out of contract in 12 months and with 1 good Prem season under his belt? Behave!
