Against Stoke it was Barton who cleared a headed ball just in the centre of our penalty area and boom...its a goal! Now, it was Caulker turn to do the same, when he was alone and could have made many things with the ball....like control it and the clear; turn the ball to a corner.....but no, just put the ball in our own penalty area for a take from the opponents. Do these players ever learn? And what the hell was Bobby doing up front? Fouling every time he gets near the ball or an opponent! On Barton, enough is said. He's another breed that never learn from his own mistakes.

Jesus Christ, just because it was yet another bad result, doesn't mean that there aren't allowed to be any bright sides.

And taking some positives from a game, doesn't mean people are having a party to celebrate.

            Ridiculous reaction.

I didn't see any positives. We played just like under Harry.

Some did though. It's like we all have different thoughts.

Both did very well, they didn't cost us the game today... Joey did!

@Timmy I cannot believe I have just read that. We were down to 10 and still looked a better team than Hull. They won because 1) the ref was an embarrassement and 2) our luck has been awful this season. Honestly don't think we deserved less than a win there and Austin got that all important open play goal which will buoy him for the next couple of games. This result won't matter because hull will lose plenty more than us. We look like a team who can defend for large spells of the match and with 11 players on the pitch, we will be a tough unit to break down.

Then stop watching. Was a hearty effort most of the game as we labored without Fer, Sandro, and an 11th player.

We really missed Fer today, Didn't get the ball up at all without him. We had only one chance and scored. So disappointing game. Agree about the ref.

Amazed at just how negative some people can be. New manager, trying things out, plenty, plenty of positives. Cut Chris and the team some slack FFS. Onwards and upwards.

Does it bother anyone that the ref gave us four yellow cards and a red, but not even a warning to Zelavic who fouled throughout the game.

Yes it does and I just stated so in the Match Thread, I guess at the end of the day it means FA, we lost again!
