I agree with you, seems like CR is not stuck in his own ways at all, he wants to win and makes everyone feel wanted. Little things like this can make a difference between youth players wanting to stay or leave.
This club needs more people like CR, even if he don't get the job we need to install someone that has an attitude like him.
I beleive CR will make an even bigger name for himself here in the next few months.
Let's hope he does, and stays for a very long time...
Seems to be a great coach and the kind of guy I would really love to be successful.
