As TF says, he would be nuts to not offer Ramsey the job if we stay up. And he would quite possibly be the right man even if we didn't. After all, we went up under HR and he most certainly wasn't the right man to be in charge since May. The best decisions are usually the ones made for the right reasons, rather than sentimental ones.

Very true, but he did say "He could be the one if we went down", not that he will get the job.

i think it will go #### up ,and old skool ppeople will be saying that is why there are no black managers ,hope Les and CR really prove them all wrong and stay up ,and it will be seen as a master stroke by TF ,
