            Positive: He is gone.
Negatives: Two years of the most mind numbingly dire football I have ever seen served up by QPR. Absolutely atrocious. Also two years wasted when we could have been building with somebody else. When he came to us we were struggling in the PL and he leaves us in the same place.

Yes, he cleared out a lot of players who needed to go but we didn't need to pay someone 4m per year or whatever it was to do that! And after two years he was still not able to establish us in the PL with the players he brought in (I think we are pretty much all in agreement, Harry included, that under him we were going straight back down).

But I can't join in all the antipathy towards Harry even though I am glad he is gone.

Saw us as a small club so set us up to play negative football, I wish he had gone before the window closed, selling Mutch without giving him a chance, Hitchcock, Elmer, Doughty, Donaldson, Andrade and Harriman all seen there careers go backwards, bringing in loan players when these kids should have been given a go( Doughty for Carrol anyone, Hitchcock for Keane, Harriman for Hughes, Andrade for Miaga or however you spell his name, Elmer for Oyugu, the list goes on, a waste of the loan system!

Let's hope CR can build on the things he did get right and correct the many mistakes.

Thank you for Wembley and the scum away!

                  Here's my take.....

It seems obvious that Redknapp does not need to be working, I reckon he gets bored at home and needs to get out and be among "the lads". So negative #1 is that he did not really need to be in work.

Redknapp's mobility was not good which affected his mood and his motivation, negative #2 he was not fit for the job.

negative #3, he was far too cagey with his tactics, often going for a draw which nearly always backfired.

Redknapp did not like getting out of his comfort zone, therefore going for people he already has worked with. negative #4 buying over aged familiar players

negative #5 he was not honest enough to have called it a day long ago, ideally after Wembley.

I can think of two positives, #1 he was a big name in football and could attract big name people to the club (not always a good thing)

positive #2 he got us promoted at the first attempt

If his incompetence caused that day at wembley then i a truly happy he was useless. Because i wouldnt of swapped that day for walking the league and winnng every single game all season and not conceding a single goal.

I also would say that Redknapp did not cause that day at Wembley... The media team created the hysteria and the togetherness IMO.
Redknapp himself said he was thinking what golf courses he was going to play at next sesason in those final minutes before we scored... that tells me that it was the team itself, not him.

sure was odd that the players were telling him to make different substitutions both in the final and the second leg of the semi (both suggestions look in retrospect to be game-changingly good sugestions)

I did go and all other Wembley finals.

Pure fluke we won at Wembley nothing to do with redcrap,Hill even had to tell him what substitution to make

If he wasnt responsible for the wins, then how could he of been for the losses? Come on bill mate.
