If the Dream Manager is Clement.

Does anybody knows what is Clement's philosophy as a head coach/manager? Is he defensive or attacking orientated? What is his favourite formation? What kind of person he is etc.....? I could imagine that coming from Real Madrid your main tactict isn't to park the bus, but we are not Real Madrid.

Havent got a clue what he is like... all I and fans know is that his a well respected, coach that is experienced now with the top European clubs he has been at. His also a Rangers man.. saying all that it is just a punt on a very good coach.

I beleive that Clement said he wouldn't leave Madrid mid season, and it may well be him? but i'm sure that it will only be on the condition we're still in the Prem? dont see him coming form a top, if not the top team in the world to be a coach in the Championship, and he will only be coach with Les running all other aspects of the club,
