  • The THREE to go down...

Well lets be honest everyone. Which 3 teams do you reckon will go down?

For me, Leicester is the only team I'm definitely sure will be relegated. (Anything might happen tho)
So among Hull, Burnley, Sunderland, Aston Villa and us......

I think and hope that Hull&Aston Villa will go down. This means we HAVE to win against them next week. I personally don't see Burnley going down

The three teams that came up I think will be the ones to go down but it could go anyway with the teams mentioned.

Leicester - Getting too far adrift to claw those points back over three teams
Burnley - Can score but also liable to leak at the other end
Sunderland, Villa, Hull - Poor teams but every so often pull out a couple of results to keep them above the relegation zone
QPR - A number of difficult games coming up and am struggling to see where enough goals will come from

Very hard to call. When this poll was run before I went for us Hull and Leicester.

After watching the performance against Sunderland I feel if we play like that for the remainder of the season will definitely stay up. But we probably won't play that good every game.

Hull game is a big game for both sides as they have found some momentum. If we win that pulls them back into it again. Villa will probably kick on from a new manager. I excpect Sunderland to be dragged into it and don't think West Brom and Palace are safe yet.

Burnley play well every week but lack the quality sometimes. They could go but I'm also inclined to feel they should have enough to stay up.

          So Leicester plus 2....who knows.

Leicester and Burnley will go down. Going to be very close between ourselves, Villa and Hull, which I can't call at the moment. We can't lose at Hull, a draw is acceptable

Villa will escape only because of the new manager bounce, Burnley will go because the squad is too small, played the same team for eight plus games.

Hull, Palace and us, I have a sneaky feeling for Palace.

Villa will not escape, not this time, too many lucky escapes already over the last few seasons, time to go down.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

Can't see Villa going down, much as I'd like to, they have a good squad with good attackers (Agbonlahor, Benteke) who will flourish unfortunately when Sherwood takes over.

Hull looking better lately too, even if we beat them next week I see them surviving.

Hard to get away from the 3 promoted teams going back down, but we will fare the best of the 3 and may just survive if Sunderland falter.

I hear ya but the right person in Benteke's ear means goals, and at this time of the season that could be the difference.

I honestly can`t call it, it would be easy to say Leicester Burnley and us but with the Harry out & Ramsey in boost we could go on a run of results (please god).
What i`ve seen of Burnley and Leicester they are both very good sides that create lots of chances, Their results have dried up a bit recently but are still playing well enough.
Villa & Sunderland always pull a string of results out of the bag when they need to and I think Palace will be OK, Hull look bang in trouble but have a good squad so could have enough to get out of it.

God forbid we do go down, who is okr most saleable and sought after player? Got to be Leroy Fer that they will all come knocking for if the worst happens hasnt it?
Leroy then Chaz and maybe Green, the rest will not be too wanted by anyone in the prem imho.

Surprised how many people think Villa will survive....12 goals in 25 games, and specifically 2 in the last 10 is lauaghable. To put it another way, Chalie Austin is more profilic than the entire Villa team. I really struggle to see how any new manager is going to reverse their fortunes that drastically in such a short space of time. Leciester already look down to me, with a manager who is clearly cracking under the pressure. Burnley have put up a decent fight, but their run of games over the next 2 months (where I doubt they'll win a game) will ultimately be their downfall. From our part I fancy us to get 6-7 points from the remaining home games, and about the same away. 35-37 points is my prediction, which could be enough.
