Think Ramsey fits the bill as dream manager.......that performance tonight along with his willingness to give everyone a go.
I do think Bondy deserves credit too........

The real marked difference for me tonight was how the players played and applied themselves. That says just as much about the players as it does about the manager for me.
How many games did Bobby get up top, alone. Home many games did Matty Phillips get a chance to whip balls in. How many games did developing players like doughty get. I think Zarate played more tonight than he has all year for us under harry. How many times has Fer been set up at LM instead on CM. There are a whole host of reasons Ramsey has done better than HR. Even adel is getting a game.

the cant should have gone after wembely at the latest
The c-word seems to go hand in hand with Redknapp when you're talking about him
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I wonder if he was watching the game tonight, and what he thought of Doughty's performance, as well as Zarate over the last couple of games.

Huh? Never played 4231 away under Harry. More like 451 with Charlie being totally ineffective upfront by himself. Or 442. And we played much further up the field tonight than we have previously. Tactics and effort won us the game tonight. That never happened under Harry.

I couldn't be bothered replying to Buffalo bless him. His post was so far off the mark it didn't warrant a response.

Just saw Ramseys Sky Sports interview after the game, I like this geezer! Oozes confidence & knowledge.

                            thats the difference
This. I will also add that in addition to pressing when they had the ball, we were getting players forward when we had the ball and both goals were a direct result of having multiple players in the box. If it had been Charlie on his own trying to knock in those crosses, as it would have been under HR, he would have had to fight off four defenders to do it.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the result today was down to coaching. Giving the players a good game plan and playing people in their best positions.

So everybody chooses to ignore my second post then.

Yes, Ramsay made selection changes (which most here slated before the game), but the way the players applied themselves last night should have nothing to do with who is manager. Playing for the club and each other, closing down the opposition etc. is just basic football and the least that the players should be doing.
I'm just as glad as anyone that Harry's gone but the reaction on here on here over one win win against a sh1t Sunderland side is unbelievable IMO.

Ramsay may well be what we need but I think it's a bit early to be giving him the keys to the city.

New QPR fan here...1st post (be gentle with me). I live in the US and my local football team is the Charleston Battery, playing in the league below MLS. Chris Ramsey was our manager from 2001-2004.....he won us a championship in 2003. Since we're a small club, it's like a family and I've talked with him on many occasions & followed him ever since he left us and was happy when he got in a few matches managing Spurs awhile back. When he came to you, I became a Rangers fan and reading his comments in the last week , it's been like a time warp. His training sessions are hard, but fair and NO ONE was ever more prepared than him. As you know, he's spent most of his career with younger players and teaching seems to be his sweet spot. I'll keep following you no matter where he lands in your organization and since your owner has indicated he has someone in the wings, I guess Chris won't be the permanent choice.

Here's a photo of Chris holding our trophy in 2003. Some of you old timers might remember Terry Phelan, Irish international who made a large wedge of cash playing for Man City, he's to the right of Chris.
