No one is saying that we won't back our man, all we're saying is don't rush into it, think about it and keep your options open.

I agree with you MYU but i think it's nailed on and TF could well be making another mistake.

This. Ramsey????? Huh? He's had one game anywhere!!!!

Ramsay is not long term, he is here till we find the right manager. He will not cost us anymore money and will not demand a bonus if he keeps us up.

Don't make the same mistakes, we should be searching for the right person unless Ramsay starts doing well?

If we are going to get Sherwood, then surely a package that rewards only success and not failure, is exactly the sort that should be on offer. Personally, I would insist that were the case with all players too, if it were down to me. Not so much of a problem them earning bundles, if we aren't scratching around at the bottom of the table, breaking embarrassing records as the weeks pass by.
Have we/TF learned nothing? Almost every time we rush into some high stakes, high price signing, it blows up on us. Unless Sherwood is an unbelievable find, or agrees to be compensated for performance versus persona, keep Ramsey and Bond til the end of the season, then rebuild the entire Club as promised, with an eye to the future, from the ground up.
Yes, from the Championship!

This makes perfect sense and a sensible approach that no one could argue or question.

This is scary ! Why are we talking Sherwood or Ramsey. Am I missing something here. Surely the most likely scenario right now, and who the hell really knows, is Sherwood and Ramsey as his assistant ? That's surely a very strong possibility ? Might that not appease those asking for one or the other only ! Anyone who does take over will not be waving a magic wand over what is a total shambles right now. Whoever it is, will not suddenly be a bad manager if he can't keep us up. We are deep in the you know what !

Sherwoods odds now 1-10 so looks like it's a Timmy ! With Ramsay and Bond as assistant.

                      Surprised Bond kept his job.

Heard he had fallen out with Harry recently, so perhaps that had something to do with the departure of HR.

I'd say give Ramsay the remainder of the season to prove himself.

If he flops, sign Sherwood. If he succeeds than we have a manager at a fraction of the price.
