I have given up hoping for the best.
For starters it is a midweek game up in the North East where QPR rarely ever get a point let alone a win. How many QPR victories at Sunderland can I recall in the last 45 years? 2 perhaps.
Then there is the form away from home...a shocking disgrace.
4 clean sheets all season is another reason for my feeling this way about the game.
You just know QPR wont keep a clean sheet tonight against Defoe. QPR should have signed him instead he went there and he will make sure QPR know they messed up big time.
Ferdinand v Defoe, which is only going to end in misery for Rio. He was poor at Arsenal and even worse against Sheffield United. Although it is certainly not all going to be down to Ferdinand playing, so don't want to use him as a scapegoat. Caulker has had a terrible time for much of his spell at QPR and I don't expect he will have a good game there tonight either.
As for the midfield and attack. If SWP and Traore get anywhere near the team or starting line up how can QPR hope to win. The pair of them are hopeless.
Zamora ,Zarate and Vargas as options for strikers will have Sunderland quaking in their boots.
