No manager that comes in would really care about the club as they aren't supporters so you need to ask what can we offer any potential manager:
1) Possibly a championship team
2) Crowds of 14,000 next season
3) No money to buy players
4) Need to build whole new academy setup, fruits of which are likely to be 5-10 years away and he will be gone then
5) £160m+ worth of debt
6) FFP fine/relegation hanging over club
7) Ageing team that needs re-building
Is it any surprise we don't have the top candidates biting our arm off for a job.

Don't know whether he would want to be a head coach but I always liked David O'Leary. Been out of football for a while but did a great job at Leeds and did alright at Villa, then went to Egypt for some reason and you dont really hear about him anymore.
