  • Sherwood !!! or Clement or McClaren?

If Les is now 'Director of Football' and overseeing all transfers, academy etc surely we need a top class coach to train the team pick the squad.

Paul Clement has to be interviewed at least, if he's interested? Must be an absolute World Class coach, PSG, Real and Scumsea on his CV.

Much rather this than easy option Timmy. Thoughts?

Agree bakes. Plus he's the son of a former R's legend.

If Sherwood does get the nod it should be until the end of the season and reviewed then, pending performances/results.

Would be a great option, but why would anyone leave as a coach at Real Madrid coaching Cristiano, Bale, James, etc to come to White City and coach SWP, etc.

Would love him to come though.

I would imagine that the new role wouldn't be named manager, but 1st team coach, assuming the director of football role works that way. Clement would be perfect for that.

Seeing as you put it like that there's a 12:15 flight from Madrid to H/Row
My old man was the star player for HMP Parkhurst during their successful and unbeaten 77/78 season.

I could give it a go the other way of spinning it haha. Why wouldn't he go from being in the firing line of Pepe, to being back in london coaching potential superstar dribbler AT

Old interview with him but a good read

When Paul Clement arrives to work it is to coach Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo in a Real Madrid team that are top of the league, are effectively through to the Champions League quarter-finals and in the Spanish Cup final.

Video of him taking a Madrid session on their official youtube channel. Has the respect of the superstars and also speaks fluent Spanish which would help with the Chileans ;) We can wish mate eh.

Sherwood !!! or Clement or McClaren?

Right... Now I am very concerned.

I think Harry going is the right choice... not because he is not good enough as I simply can not accept that. However because he didn't have the energy for the fight anymore

However the fans of this club should be asking some very serious questions !! It seems to me Harry was saying someone on the inside was trying to get him the sack? That must be accepted based on what the media was pumping out before the Man Utd game.

Looking at it now... we are going to get the manager we all expected over 4 months ago when Les Ferdinand got the weird role of Director of something no one really understood what he did. So I question the whole process? I question what Les has been doing? I question if the club was really supporting Harry at all?
It seems to me that if the club wanted rid of Harry the opportunity was clear the beginning of January? No one would of defended his record and at the time at least 50% of the fans would of accepted it as a result. However it now looks like forces within the club had other plans which must of effected team morale, must of weakened Harry's position with the KNOWN rebels in the squad?

So what I am saying... Is the Sherwood situation WILL of effected our performances. Now we are faced with a manager who has no history of success in the Premier league OR any league!!
It looks like Les has brought in his mates... The guys Harry gave an opportunity too when he was at Spurs !

QPR you need to sort this stuff out... POOR POOR Management of a situation IMO.
