I understand that he was not part of Harry's crowd so he is not resigning now? I cannot help but feel ambivalent about his continuing presence at QPR. I did read about his positive presence/influence, but at the end of the day how much do you think he contributed to the fact that we now have 19 points and not 15 or 10? I am not dissing his effort, I know he is good. But is he in your opinion someone who can have a lasting effect in a football club environment, still give the lads some extra boost today, or has he rather already done all he could conceivably do for us?

Steve Black is hugely respected in football as a motiviational man, bringing as much has he can out of his players. Worked wonders in rugby and football and think he will be hugely valuable to us in the long run."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

These people always remind me of fortune tellers , physics , if you want to believe in all that positive mind thinking thats great , but its not for me, you can get into peoples minds all you like in football but if the quality isn't there it isn't there.
