Sherwood would potentially be a very good fit with the new set up with Sir Les in his role. Also Sherwood did well at Spurs and was a well respected coach in the game prior to that. Was linked to any number of jobs even before his stint as Spurs boss.

Could be a good appointment. May have to give him a chance though ...

He's exactly the opposite isn't he?

Wasn't shy in coming forward to hammer his players after a dismal performance. Not saying thats right or wrong but it doesn't come across as the actions of a weak man to me.

He's been captain of every club he's been at. Weak people don't constantly get put in charge to lead football teams on the pitch surely.

Basically people don't want Sherwood because they think his a bell end... Tells you all you need to know about some of our fans haha.

If you have a football brain, you only have to look at his playing career and the job he did at Spurs throughout his time there to realise it makes sense for what we need.

              But that isn't a choice that's available

I think Les sold Tony the idea months ago.

Tony's listened to so many people, it's now Les's turn.

Experienced coach everytime. Think Sherwood would be a good appointment. Young, ambitious and with something to prove. We all wanted Harry and Hughes, didn't we?

There is no point in giving Sherwood a 2or 3 year contract at this stage, we don't know how he will perform and we have to get this right. If he won't go for a short contract, keep Les as caretaker until the summer and let TS sling his hook.
Yes this would be a great and show signs of a club that has the long term in mind and is planning to re build hope we take our time and get the right man who starts with a improvement of the youth system and the style of football we play

Can't pick a manger just because he played for us and has Qpr in his blood.
