Yes - well said. Wembley with my 8 year old son is a day I'll cherish forever.......Sheffield Utd in the freezing cold with my 9 yr old will take some forgetting, however!

      My thoughts exactly.

F*ck knows why people are thanking him. And he didn't 'give' us that play-off final, we gave it to ourselves, and if you're going to put anyone up there to thank for that result, pick Clint Hill, because Harry was going to go defensive - he admitted it himself, until Clint Hill said take me off and put BZ on.

So no thanks to Harry, except for creating the worst atmosphere I have experienced at LR.

Cant you and jogon etc do a 'fark you harry' thread instead of ruining a thank you one. Was you at the play off final by the way? Cos if you were then you must have a cold heart to not ne able to be grateful for that day (cos no matter how much spin you put on it, he got us there), if you wasnt then i can see why you are this way.

Yes, I was there. And don't conflate two things mate that I never said. I am grateful for that day, just as I am grateful for being at Hillsborough when we got promoted back to the Champ in 04 and being there when we found out no points docked in 2011 and celebrating big style after the game and on a high for the whole summer from that. But I do not need to thank Harry for the play-off final, personally I am amazed at the sentimental boll*cks posted on here in regard to Harry.

Boll ocks Ginge. Thank you Clint Hill for making the managers tactical decisions that won us promotion!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I won't speak for others, but for myself I feel that if I'm going to give him a lot of the blame for our losses (and I do) then he deserves a lot of the credit for our wins, including our promotion and our big day at Wembley.

Someone asked last week why WATRB is the most hated site.
Could be because there is no such thing as a nice positive post. They all get hijacked by farking imbeciles. I agree with Kev, why cant you lot just post a thread of your own instead of hijacking this one?

Exactly. And put your personal dislike of the man aside and give some credit where it's due.

                            Thanks Harry

At least we're consistent, unlike some of you fair weather muppets. You slagged him off as well and as soon as he's gone you brown nose the carnt.
