  • New Manager

Hopefully, we don't rush into this and make another awful mistake.

Happy for Ferdinand and Ramsey to take charge temporarily, but the next appointment really needs to be the right one. Well thought out with a medium to long term plan in place for once.

Quite happy for us to wait until the summer if necessary, when things are likely to be easier to asess, in order to get it right.

In the meantime, just looking forward to a vastly improved atmosphere on Saturday.

Think long term and not quick fix. Lets get this club sorted out top to bottom and lets start now.

Would go all out for McClaren. Good thing going at Derby but worth a shot.

The structure at the club is already all set up for Sherwood. Like it or not, he's the man for the job.

He might not come and you cant blame him but lets just for a minute envisage a manager like Steve Mclaren ....... or Tim (i'm the new Jose) Sherwood. Yup exactly.
Hopefully we take our time and have a good look round.

As much as I like Les Ferdinand as a player I certainly don't want him to cut his managerial teeth with us in a relegation battle! Mangaing is rarely as easy as everyone thinks it is and mangers with no experience tend to make more mistakes as they learn their trade!

Last ex player to cut his teeth in management with us was Wilkins and we know how that ended...... Gulp!

Would love to see Gary Neville join the coaching staff, if it possible

Who ever we get lets hope he is not past it and has young ideas about the way the game should be played, HR was to much old school and lost the plot in the end.

Thats a cracking shout... or Eddid Howe, for me.
Think we`ll get Sherwood to the end of season and go from there though.

Sherwood is so hard up and desperate he would take over a certain relegation team for 15 games and ruin his already dodgy rep even more yeah?

Can`t live of a rep of a few games forever, don`t see clubs clambouring over themselves to take him either.
