Queens Park Rangers come from a goal down to win at Stoke with a brace from Heidar Helguson

Well, differences. Against a Pulis side. A team that showed real spirit. Traore with a great assist!

And compare the team with the £40 Million plus side we put out yesterday:

    QPR
    01 Kenny
    03 Hill
    06 Gabbidon
    18 Young (Orr - 77' )
    35 Ferdinand
    11 Faurlin
    13 Traore
    17 Barton Booked
    32 Wright-Phillips
    12 Mackie
    22 Helguson Booked

    Substitutes
    02 Orr
    04 Derry
    14 Buzsaky
    21 Smith
    30 Hewitt

    Compared to:

    Queens Park Rangers
    01 Green
    14 Isla Booked
    22 Dunne
    15 Onuoha
    06 Hill (Yun Suk-young - 75' )
    20 Henry (Zamora - 45' )
    24 Vargas
    08 Barton Booked
    10 Fer
    19 Kranjcar (Hoilett - 68' )
    09 Austin

    Substitutes
    04 Caulker
    07 Phillips
    12 McCarthy
    13 Yun Suk-young
    23 Hoilett
    25 Zamora
    29 Zárate

If ever you wanted evidence we've gone backwards under TF (and Harry).

Player for player better in every position yesterday. Just goes to show that team spirit + a sprinkle of quality > individual talent. HH leading the line, Faurlin in midfield and players like Tommy Smith coming off the bench. Good times indeed.

We had so much team spirit last season - just look at the play off semi when it went to extra time - what the hell happened?!

Are you pinning the blame on the chairman instead of the coaches and players? We won the first one under TF, lost the second under TF. Interesting thought. Blame the office boy.

You can have a pop at the chairman for his selection of managers, but think the players and coaches are at fault.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

If we want to get someone in until end of season, who will show some passion and should get most of fans behind us, we could get warnock back. Cherry on top being no more saggy chops

Can't see any one blaming the chairman ,you have to slow down defending TF in every thread

Didn't the OP say we've gone backwards under TF? I don't blame him or the board. I blame Hughes and Redknapp, along with their players for what's gone on.

Have we or have we not gone backwards under TF? Around what £60-£70 Million spent in transfer fees in total, huge debt, massive wage bill, an old-school manager who has failed to bring on any youth, has alienated players and given us the English record worst away form in the top flight, fans falling out with players, sitting in the bottom 3. Please explain how that's an improvement from where we were before TF got involved.

But who employed them both and is more interested in their media profile that what they actually deliver?

Surely you need to put up Stoke sides for proper comparison

Plus give me yesterday's players but properly organised and with a proper game plan over the first lot

it seems we employ coaches that can't coach very well ,and this has been apparent since Maclaren has left

Here you go then. And yes, you've underlined my point, with the players we've got now, we should be doing a lot better than that team from 2011. And how ironic to lose against a Hughes team.

                        Stoke

                        Then:

                        29 Sorensen
                        03 Higginbotham
                        04 Huth
                        17 Shawcross Booked
                        28 Wilkinson Booked
                        16 Pennant (Fuller - 68' Booked )
                        18 Whitehead (Whelan - 85' )
                        24 Delap Booked
                        26 Etherington
                        19 Walters
                        25 Crouch (Jones - 65' )

                        Substitutes
                        01 Begovic
                        20 Upson
                        06 Whelan
                        12 Wilson
                        40 Palacios
                        09 Jones
                        10 Fuller

                        Now:

                        Stoke City
                        01 Begovic
                        02 Bardsley
                        17 Shawcross (Muniesa - 42' )
                        26 Wollscheid
                        12 Wilson
                        15 N'Zonzi
                        06 Whelan
                        10 Arnautovic (Crouch - 63' )
                        07 Ireland (Adam - 72' )
                        13 Moses Booked
                        19 Walters Booked

                        Substitutes
                        05 Muniesa
                        16 Adam
                        18 Diouf
                        20 Cameron
                        21 Sidwell
                        22 Butland
                        25 Crouch

What's ironic is we have had wholesale changes apart from Barton and Stoke have half the same side.

And a further irony that based on current performance you could argue he's the sort of person we would want in to replace redknapp!

Probably has something to do with getting relegated mate.
