Apart from SWP no one on the books should be written off as unfit for service as long as

Or Glen Hoddle. Hard to deal with supernaturalism, if you don´t believe in it. (But maybe even harder if you do.)

Don't think we'll ever find out what really happened with him. Looked a great albeit raw talent, easily dribbled past players. Shame he's faded away

Give him a run of games and see how he is, not just the one game like the home loss to liverpool 2 years ago.
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

He's as mad as a box of frogs - would likely drop kick somebody in the throat in the first half & get himself a 9 month ban.

Needs someone to settle him down, Hoddle could work with him like he does with some of the others. He looked a proper talent on his loan spell with us.

I'd play him just for banter.

Imagine that, get him well psyched up, tell him you want him to let the oppo know he is there early doors & all that....

It's a real Shame, he didn't just flip his cogs, he must have displayed signs while on loan? This is all very strange! The lad looked the "nuts" on loan, what went wrong, Sparkless Hughes, I will never forgive you!
                          Kept the faith!

Actually starting to feel a bit sorry for Hughes. Look what he has achieved at Stoke without a media PR fanatical Chairman looking over his shoulder.

I'll tell you what happened to him, the bloke hasn't got a brain.

Have a look at any interviews you can find of him, the footage of him on Soccer AM and interviews with other players about him. The guy is literally brainless by all accounts.

Didn't he suffer a bad bout of depression?
